Who I Am

With a 20-year career leading Talent Acquisition, Cultural Transformation and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI), Ben has designed and delivered strategies for major global brands including Capri Holdings Limited, Yoox Net-A-Porter Group, lululemon and TOPSHOP TOPMAN.

Through the creation of inclusive environments and psychologically safe spaces that support and welcome diverse perspectives, he is committed to guiding brands to define what inclusion means for them.

As a Coach, he guides leaders to develop inclusive behaviours and advocate for talent to thrive, whilst supporting marginalised groups to break through systemic barriers.

Named as one of Vogue Businesses’ Champions of Change in their annual 100 Innovators list, he actively promotes accessible career pathways into the fashion industry, collaborating with institutions including Central Saint Martins. London College of Fashion and Fashion Retail Academy to mentor the next generation of fashion talent.

His work is ultimately designed to help brands stay ahead with a competitive advantage, by focusing on long-term, meaningful changes rather than short-term fixes.
